Use Clinic Home Page
Choose booking, providers, portal, kiosk, or review options from a clinic page.
Use the clinic home page when your clinic gives you one place to book, sign in, or find care information.
Who does this: Patients and caregivers.
Steps
Open the clinic home page link.
Review the clinic name, specialty, website, and action cards.
Select Schedule or Schedule an appointment to book a visit.
Scroll to Providers to view the clinic's published care team.
Select View profile on a provider card if you want more details.
If Patient Login is available, select it to sign in to the patient portal.
Tip: Provider profile pages may include a Book appointment action.
Troubleshooting
The page does not open. Check the link spelling or ask the clinic for the current page.
A section is missing. Some homepage sections only appear when the clinic has relevant public information, such as services, patient stories, memberships, or accepted payment methods. The menu links match the sections the page is showing, so a link you saw on another clinic's page may not be there.
There is no Book option. Online booking appears only when the clinic has turned it on, published at least one appointment type, and has an eligible public provider. A clinic that is still setting this up will not show Book actions. Use the clinic's listed phone or email when one is available.
